I am 198lbs and can bench 225 for a few reps but squatting 200 for 5 reps is tough. I only just started hitting the gym after doing basic calisthenics for a while. How would you manage such a strength gap?
This is a perfect example for someone who underestimates the big strength potential his lower body muscles have. Like, the numbers he suggests are very reasonable because your legs are much stronger than your upper body muscles.
4.5-4.6 seconds 40 meter dash is a bit of an unrealistic standard in my opinion. It's putting you in professional athlete territory.
Brilliant as always. Good targets for someone to work towards if uncertain on their goals. Nice work Jack
Absolutely. Will be refined as more feedback is accrued.
